Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator

Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator for a 6 month contract based in London (Hybrid)

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Supporting and maintaining the existing D365 solution, including BAU tasks, improvements and bug fixes
• Developing and configuring additional D365 solutions across the lifecycle of marketing, sales and customer services
• Helping to make sure that resilient applications and infrastructures and recovery plans meet the business recovery requirements
• Undertaking the ongoing evaluation and analysis of current capacity to provide the required performance, while liaising with other technology representatives to optimise value to our business
• Contributing to our production management strategies and reviewing our SOX controls
• Provide solutions for application management to ensure availability for business use as per agreed service level expectations or requirements
• Drive continuous improvements of existing processes and procedures in an area of specialist knowledge and demonstrate best practice

What we require from the candidate:

• Experience of Microsoft D365, including production deployments
• An understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
• Knowledge and experience of operational principles
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to finding resolutions
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders independently and effectively
