On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator for a 6 month contract based in London (Hybrid)
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and maintaining the existing D365 solution, including BAU tasks, improvements and bug fixes
- Developing and configuring additional D365 solutions across the lifecycle of marketing, sales and customer services
- Helping to make sure that resilient applications and infrastructures and recovery plans meet the business recovery requirements
- Undertaking the ongoing evaluation and analysis of current capacity to provide the required performance, while liaising with other technology representatives to optimise value to our business
- Contributing to our production management strategies and reviewing our SOX controls
- Provide solutions for application management to ensure availability for business use as per agreed service level expectations or requirements
- Drive continuous improvements of existing processes and procedures in an area of specialist knowledge and demonstrate best practice
What we require from the candidate:
- Experience of Microsoft D365, including production deployments
- An understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
- Knowledge and experience of operational principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to finding resolutions
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders independently and effectively
