M&A Associate

Our client, a boutique Corporate Finance Advisory firm, is looking to make the hire of an M&A Associate. With a track record of success across various industries, they pride themselves on their tailored approach, market insights, and dedication to driving the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions.
• Conducting industry research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets or buyers.
• Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and financial models.
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, legal counsel, and other advisors.
• Engaging in the valuation of companies, including DCF, precedent transaction, and comparable company analysis.
• Actively participating in client meetings and contributing to strategic discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. An MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on M&A.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish & English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
