Die Funktion Global Procurement ermöglicht es der Deutschen Bank, ihre Lieferantenbeziehungen zu optimieren, um ihre strategischen Ziele zu erreichen. Die Unterfunktion Procurement Capability Development (PCD) entwirft, entwickelt und fördert die Fähigkeiten der globalen Beschaffung. Innerhalb von PCD ist das Supply Chain Sustainability Team für die Einbindung der Nachhaltigkeit in den Lebenszyklus der Lieferanten und in die Lieferkette zuständig.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als VP Social SC Sustainability sind Sie für die Leitung des sozialen Aspekts des ESG-Programms verantwortlich und unterstützen den Head of SC Sustainability, um sicherzustellen, dass:

eine nachhaltige Beschaffung unter Verwendung von ESG-Bewertungen und des Verhaltenskodex für Lieferanten durchgeführt wird,

• die ESG-Anforderungen der Deutschen Bank in die Lieferantenverträge aufgenommen werden,
• die ESG-Leistung der Lieferanten aktiv gesteuert und überwacht wird,
• das Profil der sozialen Säule innerhalb der ESG aktiv gefördert und durch effektive Kommunikation, aktive Unterstützung, Schulung und Ausbildung sowie durch effektive Lieferantenbewertungen und -überwachung erhöht wird

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Fachexperte in sozialer Nachhaltigkeit innerhalb der Lieferkette
• Erfahrung in mehreren Disziplinen in den Bereichen Lieferantenmanagement, Beschaffung und Vertragsmanagement sowie umfassende Kenntnisse der Beschaffungsprozesse (Source-to-Pay)
• mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
• Gutes Verständnis der ESG-Herausforderungen, insbesondere im Bereich der sozialen Nachhaltigkeit, und wie man greifbare Ergebnisse erzielt
• Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis der ESG-Standards und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Vendoren-Scorecards
• Starker Fokus auf Umsetzung und Fähigkeit, strategisch über das Unternehmen nachzudenken, Herausforderungen zu meistern und Ergebnisse zu liefern, die den sich ändernden Anforderungen der Deutschen Bank entsprechen
• Dynamische und enthusiastische Persönlichkeit mit einer proaktiven "Can-Do"-Einstellung, hervorragender und sicherer Kommunikator

Details of the role and how it fits into the team
The Global Procurement function enables Deutsche Bank to optimize supplier relationships to meet its strategic objectives. The Procurement Capability Development (PCD) subfunction designs, builds and delivers the capabilities of Global Procurement. Within PCD, the Supply Chain Sustainability Team, offering this role, embeds sustainability in the supplier lifecycle and along the supply chain.

Your key responsibilities

As the VP Social SC Sustainability you are responsible for leading the Social aspect of the ESG programme supporting the Head of SC Sustainability and ensuring that:

• Sustainable sourcing is carried out using ESG scores and the Supplier Code of Conduct
• Deutsche Bank's ESG requirements are included in vendor contracts
• vendors' ESG performance is actively driven and monitored
• the profile of the Social pillar within ESG is actively promoted and raised through effective communication, active support, training and education as well as through effective vendor assessments and monitoring

Your skills and experiences

• SME in Social Sustainability within the Supply Chain
• Procurement experience in multiple disciplines across Supplier Management, Sourcing & Contract Management and thorough knowledge of Procurement processes (source-to-pay)
• Several years experience in a management role
• A good understanding of ESG challenges, especially within Social sustainability and how to deliver tangible results
• Excellent understanding of ESG standards and experience in working with vendor scorecards
• A strong execution focus and ability to think strategically about the business, overcome challenges and deliver results that match DB's changing needs
• Energetic, enthusiastic, with a proactive 'can-do' attitude, excellent and assured communicator
