A Market Leading Regional Bank is looking for a SVP of Customer Acquisition and Experience for High Net Worth Segment. The perfect candidate will be an experienced section head who will cover key areas including HNW Customer Acquisition, Portfolio Management, Events, and Segmentation.

What you'll need to succeed
- As the SVP, Customer Acquisition and Experience for High Net Worth Segment, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the HNW customer acquisition strategy, including identifying target segments, designing value propositions, and implementing effective marketing campaigns for local and cross border HNW segments.
- Managing the HNW customer portfolio, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Planning and organizing exclusive events and activities for HNW customers, enhancing their loyalty and advocacy.
- Conducting market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of HNW customers, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of HNW customer relationship managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
What you need to do now
- A bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing, finance, or related disciplines.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, with at least 8 years in managing HNW customers' segment and cross boarder business in Hong Kong.
- Solid people management experience and proven track of a great team leader.
- A solid understanding of the HNW market dynamics, trends, and best practices in Hong Kong and the region.
- A strong customer orientation, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong people management and coaching skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
