Your key responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Head of Audit (HoA) bei der Identifizierung, Bewertung und Kommunikation von Geschäftsrisiken an interne und externe Stakeholder. Dazu gehört auch die Beantwortung von Informationsanfragen der unterstützten Infrastrukturfunktionen, der regionalen Leitungsgremien, des Vorstands und des Aufsichtsrats sowie der Aufsichtsbehörden.
- Unterstützung des HoA und der Chief Auditors (CAs) beim Management ihres Portfolios, einschließlich Personalverwaltung, Jahresplanung, Überwachung der Planerfüllung, Qualitätsmanagement sowie Identifizierung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung taktischer und strategischer Verbesserungen zur Steigerung der Qualität, Effizienz und Wirksamkeit des Prüfungsteams.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen BM sowie den GA-Support Functions, um gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu koordinieren (einschließlich Jahresplanung, Ad-hoc-Berichterstattung, projektbezogene Anfragen, Einstellungsverfahren), kontinuierliche Veränderungen und Entwicklungen voranzutreiben und die Konsistenz in dem Bereich zu fördern.
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Group Audit IT Coverage Framework, einschließlich der Überwachung der Einhaltung des Frameworks, der Planerfüllung und der Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen.
- Mit zunehmender Erfahrung weitgehend selbständiges Ausfüllen der Rolle, um den Business Management Manager kontinuierlich von Aufgaben dieser Rolle zu entlasten.
- Überzeugendes Auftreten, verbunden mit einer zielorientierten Arbeitsweise in internationalen Teams zur nachhaltigen Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Enthusiasmus, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Fähigkeit zum Multitasking.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache in Wort und in Schrift, sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS-Office-Produkten.
- Kenntnisse in der Informationstechnologie und im Auditumfeld sind von Vorteil, aber nicht entscheidend.

Your are the central point of contact for all issues relating to governance of the division.
Your key responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of Audit (HoA) in identifying, assessing, and communicating business risks to internal and external stakeholders. This includes responding to requests for information from the supported infrastructure functions, regional governance bodies, Management and Supervisory Board, as well as regulatory authorities.
- Support the HoA and Chief Auditors (CAs) in managing their portfolio, including staff management, annual planning, plan fulfilment, quality management, as well as the identification of and support in the implementation of tactical and strategical improvements to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the audit team.
- Work closely with other BMs as well as the GA support functions to coordinate joint activities (including annual planning, ad hoc reporting, project related requests, recruitment process), drive continuous change and development and promote consistency.
- Support in the maintenance and further development of the Group Audit IT Coverage Framework, including monitoring of framework adherence, plan delivery and follow-up on deviations.
- With growing experience, largely filling the role independently in order to continuously discharge the Dvisional Business Management Manager of tasks from this role.
- Convincing appearance combined with a goal-oriented and sustainable way of working in international teams to ensure high quality standards.
- A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm, as well as a willingness to take on responsibility and to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, as well as strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Profound skills in the use of MS Office products.
- Know-how in information technology and in the audit environment is advantageous, but not critical.
