Love spearheading impactful data driven digital marketing campaigns? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and MarTech Manager/Senior Manager to join our Consumer Financial Services Team. In the role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the bank's digital acquisition strategy leveraging on SEO and Paid Marketing efforts and managing MarTech solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and retention while also optimizing the bank's MarTech stack (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Acoustic, and Adjust) for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Digital Acquisition Strategy and Execution:
o Works with Digital Media agencies to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive cost effective customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels including email, paid social channels, search, display, and more.
o Monitors and analyze digital campaign performance metrics, leveraging and sharing insights with PMs and Business Units to optimize strategies for better results.
o Delivers data driven insights that influence and inform business marketing strategy and execution .
• MarTech Stack Management:
o Maintains the MarTech stack to ensure effective data driven, personalized messages can be delivered and tracked across OCBC omni-channel environment.
o Improves MarTech stack utilization and drive marketing performance and customer personalisation including areas such as:
- Web analytics tools
- Journey management and personalisation
- Content management platforms
- Email marketing tools
- Campaign and leads management
o Understands business and technology requirements and connect the dots to coordinate MarTech rollout to fulfill business objectives
o Develop business cases and obtain approvals for pilot tests and production rollouts of new MarTech components
o Run, optimize and track digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Data Analysis and Insights:
o Exceptionally analytical, technical skills proven through the ability to distill substantial data volumes into coherent and insightful narratives.
o Monitors the digital funnel and works with the business units to launch targeted campaigns to increase acquisition and conversion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Demonstrates proficiency in conveying insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, effectively utilizing clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
o Trains and shares with business units on various tools to increase utilization of tech stack available.
o Assists adaptation and shares best practices with regional offices to help drive greater efficiencies.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Competencies):
- Min 5 years' hands-on experience working with the Adobe suite of products (Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager) or equivalent implementation,
- Proven experience with SEM, Social, DSP, DMP, Media exchanges, Brand safety tools, MMP deployment
- Proven track record in MarTech or related areas such as digital analytics, marketing automation or personalisation
- Experience in developing digital analytics strategy & implementation guidelines
- Financial services experience is a Plus
