Vice President 1/2 - Private Capital Markets

Vice President 1/2 - Private Capital Markets (NY, NY) for Evercore Partners Services East LLC to execute strategic & corporate fin'l objectives for corporate & fin'l sponsor clients, incl potential offerings of debt & equity-linked products across a range of transactions incl but not limited to leveraged buyout, acquisition financing, dividend recapitalization, refinancing, repricing, & growth capital. Work on both buy-side & sell-side (staple) financings, domestic & cross-border transactions, for publicly traded & privately held companies. Reqs Bach deg in Bus Admin, Economics, Finance or rltd field of study, & 5 yrs exp as Associate, Consultant, Analyst or rltd jobs in a quantitative field in Finance, Business or rltd field. Will accept Master's deg & 3 yrs exp in lieu of Bach deg & 5 yrs exp. Exp specified must incl 5 yrs exp (or 3 yrs exp if Master's deg) w/ each of the following: deal structuring & closing principals; research, explaining mkt events utilizing quantitative & analytical skills; MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); fin'l modeling; utilizing general acctg & finance principles; Bloomberg, FactSet, SNL/S&P Global; research resources such as The Deal Mergermarket, Debtwire, Wall Street Journal & other industry publications. Reqs up to 20% domestic travel. Telecommuting may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite in accord w/ co. policy. Salary: $277,410 - $300,000/yr.
