AVP/ VP, PB Product Development (Bonds & Structured Product)

Responsibilities:

Serve as a product specialist in Private Banking, responsible for maintaining and stimulating sales of investment products.
Collaborate closely with relationship managers to achieve sales targets.
Manage the entire process, including product development, ongoing due diligence, and channel management.
Update marketing materials and provide regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses for management's business planning.
Conduct training sessions for relationship managers to enhance their product knowledge and keep them updated on market developments.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and implement the company's policies and procedures.
Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

Hold a degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, and/or the premier sector of retail banking.
Work independently, handle pressure to meet tight deadlines, and be proactive in responding to market changes to drive business growth.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
