Reporting into the Head of Finance you will build strong relationships across the business, control the budgeting process and lead on forecasting.

Working in partnership with Senior Leadership Team you will ensure the business is able to make the right commercial decisions to support the continuous growth of the business.

Reporting into the Head of Finance you will build strong relationships across the business, control the budgeting process and lead on forecasting.
Role
Working in partnership with Senior Leadership Team you will ensure the business is able to make the right commercial decisions to support the continuous growth of the business.
Responsibilities for Finance Business Partner will include:
- Provide commercial support and challenge to the business on key commercial drivers
- Present clear information to the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the right investment decisions are made first time
- Continually improve the budgeting and forecasting process
- Build a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind business performance
- Present adhoc requests and analysis to the Senior Leadership Team
Profile
- It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA )
- Strong communication skills - able to push back AND able to support stakeholders
- Experience within commercial finance
- Strong ERP and Excel skills
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- Results orientated, with a desire to succeed
