I'm looking for an individual who is not afraid of generating and sharing ideas and taking the initiative to drive the business forward by developing a HNW strategy focused on client retention and acquisition.

You will work in a commercially focused team in a very collaborative environment.

Based in our London office, you will be planning and executing a plethora of marketing activities across our office network.

The role will require you to work closely with investment management and responsible investment teams to execute our yearly plans.

Head of Marketing

About the Role

The individual with work closely with the head of marketing, other marketing managers, and senior business stakeholders to plan and deliver a marketing strategy and plan focused on driving business growth and retention of clients.

Main Responsibilities include:

Create, drive, and own a channel marketing plan focused on retention and acquisition clients that supports delivery of annual growth targets and costs; paying particular attention to the agreed contact strategy, ensuring we remain top of mind by delivering relevant information, events, and content.

Create, drive, and own a channel marketing plan focused on awareness of the businesses' approach to responsible investment.

Create, drive and own regular campaigns on various topics, targeting several different audiences - promoting different attributes of bespoke investment management and responsible investment.

Create and drive a comprehensive lead generation programme, generate new business ideas, and cost saving initiatives.

Create, drive, and own a comprehensive events programme for private clients and charities covering our network of offices in the UK, Ireland and Jersey.

Responsible for all private client, charity and responsible investment web content, conducting regular reviews to ensure copy is kept up to date / compliant.

Responsible for all aspects of any regular communications to private clients, charities and wider - responsible investment. This includes owning a content strategy, focused on business acquisition and retention.

Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of all private client, charity and responsible investment literature.

Management of the private client and charity marketing budgets, ensuring that activities are delivered within the agreed allowances.

Work alongside the propositions marketing manager with supporting the marketing plan for the sustainable funds offering.

Ensure that all marketing processes are adhered to and reviewed and improved as required.

Ensure that all financial promotions are compliant across all jurisdictions.

Cover other marketing tasks and responsibilities as required.

You should have experience in managing people and an ability to build and manage effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will have the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, and the ability to multi-task.

Demonstrate commercial skills and the ability to analyse and interpret relevant data and insight to drive performance and resolve key issues.
