We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Control Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

• Liaison with Audit to support findings and reviews
• Drive the development and implementation of future-fit risk management frameworks
• Acting as escalation point for complex issues
• Delivery of Priorities and strategy for Chief Control Office
• Increasing understanding of HSBC's change execution risk profile in WPB and supporting proactive management of issues so that change is delivered safely and sustainably by the Businesses and Functions

Requirements

• Previous experience in Risk Management within a global organisation, working across cultures
• Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to Senior Management using simple language
• Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment (risk, regulatory, political, competitors etc.)
• Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills with experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior executives across multiple functions
