Role Overview: As a Freelance Financial Services Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. We are seeking self-starters with prior experience in financial services recruitment, who possess exceptional motivation and leadership skills. In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and lead a team in our Pod-style partnership group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing relationships to generate new clients and bring on new job roles across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and technology.
• Operate and manage your own area of the business within our framework.
• Identify and cultivate strong relationships with former clients to access new opportunities and build the Hunters brand.
• Tap into a vast pool of candidates applying for various financial services roles, ranging from Fixed Income, Business Development, Quantitative Research, Portfolio Management, Banking, Treasury, and more.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in financial services recruitment.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage a team and work independently.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and expanding client base.
