AndCo Consulting’s Digital Content Manager plays a critical role in planning and implementing agile online campaigns to build significant brand awareness, support organic business growth initiatives, and enhance institutional investor client relationships throughout the U.S.
Work with internal subject matter experts in investment consulting, asset manager research and performance teams, and other resources, to develop compelling and value-added content; obtain compliance approvals.
Develop a deep strategic understanding of the investment business, target audience personas, buyers’ journeys, and competitive market for institutional investment consulting services.
Create thought leadership and educational articles, website content, blog posts, podcasts, highlighters, headlines, advertisements, blurbs, scripts, polls, talking points, media releases, and other content for digital marketing purposes.
Collaborate closely with team members to develop and implement action-oriented brand enhancement, business growth and client delight campaigns.
Utilize Hubspot to develop dashboards; manage workflows; monitor/assess and report on audience engagement; make recommendations for optimization; and generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Create and manage email campaigns, working with the Solutions and Growth Team to bring content, templates, and calls-to-action to life.
Segment companies and contacts based upon past email engagement, social and website interactions (downloads, page visits, etc.), in-person and other offline connections.
Sales enablement, marketing automation and CRM software expertise (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.); preferably HubSpot certified. Strong project management skills; great attention to detail in time sensitive situations.
Experience with compliance review process and regulatory requirements for advertising by SEC registered investment advisor firms.
Knowledge of paid online advertising systems and approaches a big plus.
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and flexible with multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Expertise using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams; experience with Adobe Cloud programs, HTML and CSS a plus.
5+ years of experience in developing digital marketing engagement content for asset management or institutional investment consulting firms.
Experience with value-added thought leadership content a plus. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or directly related experience.
