Job Purpose:
To be one of the change-makers who can co-drive people transformation programmes aligned with the Group HR agenda whilst realising the T&O's vision and strategy intent as a key pillar of DBS to make banking joyful for our customers and fulfilment for our employees
Responsibilities:
This role cuts across all ops and tech units in all the core markets.
• Strategy
• Bachelor's degree with at 8+ years of experience Business, Learning and Development, Human Resources. Background in IT, Banking & Financial services would be beneficial
• Demonstrated PRIDE! behaviours
• Strong programme management experience
• Strong verbal, written communication (strong powerpoint skills) and presentation skills
• Confident dealing with pressure and deadlines
• Demonstrated experience & independence with involvement in multistage projects
• Passionate about making a difference for people
• Competent in managing big data and data analysis
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Independent worker and a strong team player
• Can-do attitude with demonstrated experience in embracing & executing on new technology and ideas

Responsibilities:

• Strategy
- In partnership with PTC lead, to conceptualise, develop and deliver a people strategy focused on inspiring, developing, engaging and caring for the wellbeing of our T&O people.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure programme objectives and deliverables align fully to the overarching business strategy.
- Design, develop and roll out programmes that bring to life the people strategy. (example, Transformational Leadership, T&O Care, My Voice survey follow up action plans, PoP etc)
- Design and facilitate workshops that bring alignment and action to multiple stakeholders e.g. T&O MyVoice Action Planning
- Design and build dashboard to track progress and generate transparency across all the pieces of work as well as to facilitate decision making e.g. Employee Experience Survey data analysis
- Create connectivity across projects/programmes inside SPS, Ops COO, T&O or other areas of the bank
- Works in partnership with other Ops COO teams to deliver on cross-functional projects / events (like T&O Open, Leadership Conference, etc)
- Project manage the engagement and management of external vendors /consulting service providers
- Present periodic updates to the relevant stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder relationships in HR and across T&O
- Ability to work with people of all levels and different ops / tech units in core markets
- Cross-cultural sensitivity will be a plus
- Identify and raise risks and issues to the programme(s) deliverables
