Leasing Executive

We are partnering with a world class REIT in their search for a Leasing Executive to work across their Shopping Centre portfolio. The successful candidate execute a strategic leasing campaign across a diverse range of schemes, utilising their relationships within the retail space.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and forward-thinking leasing and asset management team and form part of an exciting value add environment, working with both exciting emerging retail occupiers and established brands alike.

Key duties include:

• Executing Leasing transactions across a diverse range of shopping centres throughout the UK, with a view of delivering a brilliant tenant mix and elevating the value of the schemes
• Managing and directing leasing and legal advisors in the effective and efficient execution of leasing objectives on designated assets
• Collaborating with the Asset Management team and local site teams to ensure masterplans and annual business targets are being driven forward
• Proactively identifying new and emerging brands and concepts that would enhance and differentiate the community proposition and offer.

The successful candidate will have an established retail background and existing tenant relationships, but we are otherwise open to consider a range of individual skill-sets.
