IT Regulatory and Governance Analyst

Using MS POWER BI for generating KPI and business reporting
Using Python and SQL for report generation
Prepare steering committee meeting agenda, materials and minutes
Assist IT APS MGT to produce procedure documents, execute regulator review and sign-off process, communicate procedures to APS group and assist implementation.
Provide system and process documentation
Manage governance and regulatory exercises for GM IT APS
Manage transversal project with different stakeholders
Handle ad-hoc request when required

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
3-5 years' experience in data analysis
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, along with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Advanced and hands-on experience on Microsoft POWER BI
Hands-on experience on Python, SQL, Unix
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good writing skills, able to understand and elaborate/re-phrase information received into documentations
Takes initiative and is results driven
Be innovative
Strong decision making and analytical skills
Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence
Strong team player
Willing to learn and take responsibilities
Familiar with regulatory requirement on electronic trading systems is an advantage
Business knowledge on regulation and market rules is an advantage
Fluency in English (verbal/written)
