National M&A and Business Analyst

Our European reference company (AI-related sector) is looking to hire a M&A and Business Analyst to further expand its M&A activities in Europe.

Descrição

• Support the development of M&A projects;
• Conduct financial analyses, assessments of potential target companies and due diligence to assess feasibility;
• Participate in devising post-acquisition integration plans;
• Collaborate with legal, finance and compliance teams to ensure that all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, M&A best practices and regulatory changes that may impact these processes.

Perfil ideal

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Management or similar;
• Working experience in M&A from previous roles at Big 4, M&A boutiques or in transaction-related finance roles;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Deep knowledge of financial valuation practices, risk analysis and due diligence;
• Fluency in English.
