Global Technology Communication Sr. Manager

The role will be mainly English communication-based with also the needs of Japanese. As the top elite team of researchers in the technology sector, their members are collaborating with projects in Gaming, Robotics, Gastronomy, AI Ethic and much more.. A true manifest to human imagination and creativity where stories and brand image will need to be crafted by the Head of Communication. You will closely collaborate and report to a multinational experienced CTO and GM of Global Coms. This is not just a public relations role taking care of all aspects of communication, but as the top hire of a Marketing Department, the candidate will be a true driving leader in building the brand images for clients, partners, and the internal global network. (Accepting also oversea based candidate)

The Role

• Develop and execute communication strategies to promote the company, its research, and people across all relevant media platforms on a global scale.
• Craft engaging stories about our research and people
• Manage a team, in coordination with global communications and key central functions, to successfully deliver in Japan and globally
• Reputation management, Brand Promotion, Leading culture change initiatives

Your Skills

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or similar roles, in a fast passed environment
• Development and execution of communication strategies across physical and online platforms (e.g. events, press conferences, web, social, etc.)
• Ability to distill complex topics for broad audience consumption through delivery of creative assets (e.g. videos, blogs, podcasts, etc.)
• People management experience in a global, dispersed organization
• Experience in the technology sector or research organization
• Native English, Business Japanese

• 15M-22M JPY
