The Role
Involved in the Company's investment activities such as asset acquisitions, development projects and Merger & Acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities
Developing business strategies and identifying business opportunities in South East Asia.
Driving the growth of the real estate portfolio by establishing relationships and supporting new investments and business ventures.
Creating and executing a comprehensive business plan to acquire or invest in properties, with specific strategies for short and long-term growth and profitability.
Formulating and recommending capital recycling strategies to enhance portfolio returns and implementing selected strategies.
Collaborating with on-the-ground teams to manage investment transactions from start to finish, including origination, research, evaluation, financial analysis, negotiation, and execution.
Managing real estate projects in South East Asia to generate consistent and sustainable returns.
Overseeing regional research and benchmarking to inform strategic investment and asset management decisions.
Preparing management reports and board materials for effective communication and decision-making.

Job Requirement
At least 8 years' relevant working experience in Singapore and / or regional real estate investments.
Proficient in financial modelling are essential.
Proficient in financial analysis and modeling.
Good financial product knowledge, business development and / or development management experience and experience in industrial properties investment is an advantage.
