Data Intelligence - Information Technology (1-year contract)

Responsibilities

Continuously develops and maintains an understanding of Business Intelligence technology and architecture, including data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data mining, reporting tools, and other methods of information delivery;
Develops and maintains expertise with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools including: Power BI, SSIS, & SSAS;
Develops database and/or data presentation solutions to deliver information to end-users accurately and efficiently;
Automate scoring using machine learning techniques;
Architect and hands-on implementing SSAS cubes and upgrade and tuning of the Data Warehouse for both on prem and cloud;
Analyzes, understands, and documents user needs to ensure accurate fulfillment of data requirements from internal business customers;
Conducts and may facilitate internal testing and user acceptance testing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education;
4+ years' (depending on the level) work experience within Data Warehouse/Data Analytics sector;
Strong understanding of BI concepts & tools;
Demonstrated ability to write complex SQL/TSQL queries and apply SQL tools for query performance tuning;
Significant experience with SSAS cube based projects, writing machine learning models and turning requirements into user stories and seeing through the SDLC process;
Significant hands-on-on experience in MS BI tools and the application of data analytics to solve business problems
Good Working knowledge of Azure /AWS platform and their offerings
Working knowledge of multiple IT platforms
