JOB TITLE: Associate - {MT6804683}
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate - Equity Research in New York, NY to initiate and launch new stocks under team coverage to broaden client reach and contribute to Equity Research department's top-line. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience analyzing financial reports and statements to examine and assess the company market performance to determine stock and bond performance and investment opportunities. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience developing financial projections and forecasts utilizing Nielsen and Euromonitor consumer point of sales databases; reviewing business and trade publications, annual reports, financial filings used by investment advisors and brokers to pool projections; using financial data-modelling programs and methodologies including Bloomberg and Factset Market data aggregators; building 3 statement models with discounted cash flow calculations using Microsoft Excel to provide investment advisors with information to make financially sound decisions regarding stocks; quantitatively analyze stock statistical data in relation to recent market activity using historical company specific data and historical market data to predict market behavior; and developing and delivering financial reports to sales, trading, and investment teams to aid in decision-making and ensure profitability through intelligent, well-researched investments and strategies to help manage portfolio risk.
