Service Designer needed for digital projects for 2-year FTC in large educational institution. Your new company
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Designer to join a large educational institution. This role will be a 2-year Fixed Term Contract with the potential for extension.
Your new role
• You will be accountable for the ongoing management of the researcher experience service map
• Use human-centred design methods such as desktop research, research synthesis, journey mapping, service maps and low-fidelity prototyping
• Co-design solutions with researchers, service providers and technology/product managers
• Lead ideation workshops to assess a range of potential solutions
• Lead user testing sessions to test prototypes
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for service delivery improvements
What you'll need to succeed
• Relevant Master's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Proven ability to apply principles of human centred design to improve customer experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience designing and implementing processes
