Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of market positioning and leasing strategies to achieve maximum outcome and revenue of the portfolio
  • Interaction with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews, as well as identifying and negotiating new leasing opportunities
  • Liaise with the agencies & potential brands and maintain good relationship with the tenants
  • Manage and oversee the full cycle of leasing function for the company portfolio
  • Handle all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, lease term negotiation, take over and handover of premises, fitting-out work and ad hoc duties
  • Conduct marketing research, analyzing data, compiling various reports and updating retail trend
  • Prepare financial analysis for justification of leasing transactions, and analyse leasing data
  • Collation of stock and occupancy data information, and landlord/tenant profiles or buyer/seller information, and to ensure that the databases are kept current
  • Assist the PM team in all leasing related matters as required
  • Carry out any other and ad hoc assignments or business initiatives as directed by the Management

Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, Business or Communications; or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10-15 years or above experience in Leasing / Tenancy Management for luxurious properties, Grade A commercial properties and shared office; at least 5 years or above in supervisory role
  • Strong negotiation skill and proficient in all tenancy related ordinances such as Hong Kong Tenancy Law, Property Leasing Ordinance and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance;
  • Result-driven, flexible with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external internal departments and external parties
  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc, knowledge of using AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
