Credit Risk Manager

岗位描述

1. To manage the bank's credit risk and ensure its aligned with all applicable legal and regulatory guidelines;

2. To develop and implement appropriate frameworks, policies, guidelines/procedures, and methodologies at the local operations and to manage, measure and report credit risks;

3. To work with First Line of Defence to support business growth in assessing any new product design and launch, and achieve the profitability goals within the risk appetite;

4. To manage emerging risk issues timely and ensure appropriate mitigating actions are devised and implemented swiftly by engaging key stakeholders;

5. To analyze and identify potential areas of improvement in credit loss, product offers, customer segments, credit procedures, especially within Ali Eco-system and the local market;

6. To provide portfolio analysis and credit performance forecast and prepare regular reports to risk committee and other management reports to the senior management or the Board.

岗位要求

1. Master's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, operations research or other quantitative analysis;

2. Bank or FinTech's experience in Consumer or Corporate Credit Risk Management; hands-on experience in modeling or quantitative strategies; oversea working experience or academic background is preferred

3. Familiar with common statistical methods, proficient in using SAS, R and other software for analysis and modeling. Experience with cutting-edge machine learning algorithms is preferred;

4. Good team management, project management skills and experience;

5. Solid communication skills and teamwork;

6. Strong self-learning ability, able to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and responsible;

7. Language requirements: Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
