Trade Applications Support

Trade Support / Business Analyst role with similar responsibilities as part of a trade support team at a top Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or other leading Financial Services institution
Provide day-to-day technical expertise and operational support to obtain highest degrees of production stability for the Front Office applications.
Perform root cause analysis of issues, identify possible resolutions, and communicate with global IT organization to coordinate back-end technical support and initiate change management requests
Ability to write SQL queries (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Plus) for troubleshooting, data analysis
Production Engineering team is responsible for the production systems, including Trading, Post-Trade, and PnL software
Customer-facing, high-pressure environments, able to handle multiple important requests
