  • Act as local "single point of contact" of the region for all finance processes and ERP and finance enabling technologies
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing standardized & harmonized finance processes in group companies of respective region
  • Identify optimization potential for processes, ERP and all finance enabling technologies from region point of view and share potential actively via demand management process
  • Support group companies in implementing group-wide used ERP and finance enabling technologies if required
  • Responsible to actively address legal, business and new requirements and concerns regarding impact of proposed changes to respective Manager Finance Excellence after region-internal alignment
  • Conduct (deep dive) trainings with local key users for refined / new process model after introduction of Manager Finance Excellence if required
  • Perform sample review of local processes and internal controls documentation regarding defined standard and inform local key users to initiate updates according to findings
  • Act as functional and 1st and 2nd level technical support for all assigned local key users and solve issues according to standard process model and group-wide used ERP and finance enabling technologies
  • Lead regional finance excellence board for continuous exchange of local key users and relevant stakeholders on identified issues, improvements, changes, etc
  • Provide guidance to group companies to achieve set process targets by Manager Finance Excellence
  • Closely work together with other Regional Managers Finance Excellence, assigned local key users and Manager Finance Excellence

Perfil ideal

  • University degree in relevant area
  • 3-5 years' experience in project and process management with reference to business / quality excellence, process digitization, business transformation, etc.
  • Knowledge of one or more of Payables, Receivables or General Ledger
  • Openminded for change and assertiveness regarding implementation of defined changes
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Assertiveness; Resilience
  • A high degree of flexibility
  • -depth functional knowledge of finance processes
  • Good knowledge about related finance pre-processes (e.g., Procurement, Sales, etc.)
  • Good understanding of business needs and requirements related with finance processes
  • Knowledge of the relevant stakeholders and good network in the organization / region
  • Good understanding of relevant SAP module(s), data flows and their correlation
