The firm is looking for an Associate to join its award-winning Impact and Sustainability team in the US. The firm focuses on impactful investments with the aim to speed up the global transition to clean and sustainable energy through investment in cutting edge and innovative companies across venture, growth and credit. What the job involves
- Conduct impact and ESG due diligence for portfolio companies and new investments
- Assist in the development and implementation of ESG reporting and impact measurement frameworks
- Engage directly with portfolio companies to support their ESG performance and impact calculations
- Contribute to the production of Annual Impact & ESG Report and other sustainability-related materials
- Relevant experience working with private funds on ESG, impact investing, sustainability management consulting, or other corporate sustainability topics
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Background in economics, finance, sustainability, engineering, and/or climate
- Good multitasking, organisational, and team skills
- Excellent oral and writing skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A passion for addressing the multiple threats posed by climate change through innovation, industry transformation and markets
- $150,000 - $190,000 total compensation
