Develop and execute a strategy designed to scale the sales business through identifying new channels of distribution. This should include market research, development of strategic plan and engagement with key stakeholders.
Manage a team of sales professionals that are responsible for generating inflows, primarily through discretionary & advisory clients.
Proactively maintain relationships with ratings agencies, strategic partners and other third parties.
Collaborate with fund managers to better understand the firm's product proposition and refine sales messages, in turn improving the impact of sales managers have in the field.
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans to scale sales.
Strong understanding of OEICS and broader investment management industry.
