Responsibilities of the candidate will include:
  • Responsible for ongoing operations management for all projects under management after closing
  • Identify and lead asset management efficiency and improvement initiatives
  • Manage reporting relationships and obligations with multiple stakeholders including investors, lenders, project counterparties, advisers, and auditors
  • Monitor and manage reporting of project company financials, liquidity, accounting and tax
  • Oversee routine reporting to investors based on analysis of company operating performance
  • Execute periodic distributions and debt repayment processes (coordination with relevant advisers and stakeholders)
  • Manage project company corporate governance obligations such as periodic board meetings and corporate filings
  • Oversee the build-out of the Asset Management team and establish long-term asset management structures / frameworks

Typical candidates will demonstrate the following credentials
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in asset management operation
  • High level of professionalism, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of proficiency with excel is essential. Experience with detailed financial modelling is preferred
  • Financial literacy and familiarity with company accounting processes is essential
  • Formal accountancy qualifications are preferred but not a requirement for this role
