Responsibilities of the candidate will include:
Typical candidates will demonstrate the following credentials
- Augusta has been executing renewable energy transactions since 2002, making it one of the key innovators in the sector
- Augusta Investment Management (AIM) is the rapidly growing infrastructure PE division of Augusta offering structured renewable energy investment opportunities to institutional investors in Europe
- AIM has placed c.€750m of capital across multiple deals and has a strong pipeline of investment opportunities across different markets
- Owned by its senior staff, Augusta is free of conflicts with larger sources of capital
Responsibilities of the candidate will include:
- Responsible for ongoing operations management for all projects under management after closing
- Identify and lead asset management efficiency and improvement initiatives
- Manage reporting relationships and obligations with multiple stakeholders including investors, lenders, project counterparties, advisers, and auditors
- Monitor and manage reporting of project company financials, liquidity, accounting and tax
- Oversee routine reporting to investors based on analysis of company operating performance
- Execute periodic distributions and debt repayment processes (coordination with relevant advisers and stakeholders)
- Manage project company corporate governance obligations such as periodic board meetings and corporate filings
- Oversee the build-out of the Asset Management team and establish long-term asset management structures / frameworks
Typical candidates will demonstrate the following credentials
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience in asset management operation
- High level of professionalism, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of proficiency with excel is essential. Experience with detailed financial modelling is preferred
- Financial literacy and familiarity with company accounting processes is essential
- Formal accountancy qualifications are preferred but not a requirement for this role
