Our client is top tier Corporate and Investment Bank in Hong Kong and has long term roots of establishment in Asia Pacific. Due to business expansion, they are looking to hire a Director / VP to help originate Greater China Leveraged and Acquisition Finance transactions.
Your new role
- Reporting into the Regional Head, you will be tasked with originating and execute leverage and acquisition finance deals for key corporate clients across Greater China and Asia
- Manage the loan portfolio within the bank and coordinate with internal bankers and risk department to mitigate risk
- Collaborating with client coverage bankers, you will devise tailored corporate finance solutions to the client
- Analyse clients financial statements, build financial models and conduct discounted cash flows to structure deals
- Prepare pitch books and presentations to the client and internal stakeholders on the developments of deals
- Work alongside with regional offices in Asia for deal structuring and generating potential leads
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 8 years or experience in leverage finance / acquisition finance in deals in Greater China
- Experience in both deal origination and execution is a must
- Strong academic qualifications and university qualifications
- Exceptional analytical & financial modelling skills
- Sound stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
