We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Business Resilience Citro and Data.

Principal Responsibilities
  • To understand Third Party Risk Portfolio and target to have no breaches from Business Teams by ensuring Regulatory requirements and Policy are being followed. Regulatory requirements such as Third Party Operated Key Controls (TPOKC), Outsourced, and Material engagements are being monitored with proper controls in place. TPRO should be able to address Regulators' and Auditors' queries swiftly with relevant knowledge. This role motivates Business teams to comply and challenge the quality of risk assessments. Also to ensure proper monitoring activities are in place with key focus on Critical and Material engagements. TPRO should also constantly hold awareness sessions to provide Business latest updates
  • Understanding risks for TP portfolio, providing effective management and oversight of the services in line with applicable Group Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management policies. Ensure your GB/GFs risk appetite is known and understood by key stakeholders and TPEMs. Target: No breach of compliance / no adverse audit findings within area of responsibility . Identification and oversight of all records to ensure they are complete, relevant and kept up to date for all engagements
  • Manage the quality of risk monitoring activities through Archer to achieve the thresholds within the TPM Metrics Dashboard. Targets are relevant to all engagements, with particular focus on Material engagements including Outsourcing and Very High/High Risk engagements. Ensure Management Information is produced with supporting remediation plans in place. Ensure exceptions are escalated, tracked, resolved and reported through appropriate governance forums
  • Ensure engagements for Outsourced Service Providers (OSP) are compliant; be an escalation point for TPEMs for any issues; use MI effectively for oversight of OSP engagements; help manage the risks of OSP engagements. Challenge the outputs of the risk assessment if it does not make sense for engagements. Ensure timely escalation and seek support where required
  • Provide support to the TPEM's to ensure that deadlines are met when TPM request urgent information regarding any of their engagements relating to material incidents or requests
Requirements
  • Suitable experience in business or Third Party risk and control management, control implementation in the financial sector, business and process consulting
  • Good understanding of NFR framework; familiar with all aspects of Third Party Risk Management from a business perspective. Professional experience in practicing risk and control management is an advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business process enhancements, automation, adoption of enterprise technology to streamline workflows
  • Capable to assess and quantify project and operational risks, assess mitigation measures and provide practical recommendations on risk mitigation controls when needed
  • Good understanding of information management practices including carrying out business, data and process analysis and design
  • Confidence to interact with the senior stakeholders within Global and Local Head Office and the regional and local businesses
  • Possess the ability and drive to raise standards and make an impact on the business culture
  • Ability to operate with clear vision under stress in crisis management situations and operate effectively against uncertain and on unfamiliar ground
  • Self-motivated, independent, good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Strong language, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and be adaptable to support other team members, where necessary
  • Strong team player, able to work with members of different levels and disciplines
  • Ability to develop impactful and effective communications and presentations using PowerPoint
