Role Summary

Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for processing simple and complex maintenance activities within a set procedures/guidelines prescribed. Safekeeping of all original trust documents, wills, sundries and family business files. Performs an annual physical inventory of all sundry assets on record, provides various ancillary services such as tax cost report mailing, no investment responsibility, product changes, IM fee payments, asset restrictions, imaging, etc.

Role Responsibilities may include:
  • Executes variety of complex account maintenance activities for Wealth Management and Institutional clients.
  • Processes and handles cases that may require some analysis and interaction with the client servicing team.
  • Solves simple issues and works effectively as a team member but also works independently and may assist with coaching and development of Jr. Analysts.
  • Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
  • May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
  • May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role).
  • More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas.
  • Delivers a work product that requires less revision.
  • Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
Role Qualifications:
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
