Investment Analyst, European Infrastructure Fund

We are now working with a leading European Infrastructure private equity fund.

They have a great name in core infrastructure investing, and an excellent track record. They are now looking to add an Investment Analyst to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund.

Roles and responsibilities

* Origination of new deal opportunities

* Analysis of new investments including modelling and valuation

* Financial modelling, financial due diligence, structuring

* Deal execution

* Working with portfolio companies on value creation

Professional experience required

• Background in infrastructure investing, investment banking, big four corporate finance,
• Experience of executing deals in the infrastructure sector
• Excellent deal sheet
• Genuine interest in investing in the infrastructure asset class
• Probably suitable for someone with 2-4 years deal experience
