The CompanyMy client is an established brand with positive expansion plans. Keen to hire a hands-on and strategic Finance Leader with IPO experience to support the next growth phase.

Requirements

• Strong regional Finance & Accounting and business partnering experience
• Mandatory: IPO experience
• Hands-on and confident Finance leader with good communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Lifestyle, Food & Beverage, FMCG and/or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) industry exposure will be required
• The successful candidate should be agile, driven and resourceful with an ability to oversee procurement, business expansion initiatives, IPO, change management and ad-hoc projects in addition to Finance responsibilities.

We are not considering applicants with experience solely in Financial Institutions / Banks.

Budget: S$18,000 - S$20,000 per month + Bonus Job ScopeReporting to the CEO and Board, you will oversee the full spectrum of finance portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly financial close processes, financial and management reporting, cash management, budgeting & forecasting, financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, tax, treasury and working capital management. You will be responsible in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements as well as to company accounting policies. You will also oversee strategic planning, internal control, risk management, project evaluation and feasibility studies, as well as investor relations.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in driving reporting and analysis to support business performance and expansion plans. You will support in M&A (where applicable) and strategic initiatives, and provide leadership and advice in IPO listing initiative. As the CFO, you will also provide commercial insights and advice to support business stakeholders in achieving business KPIs and targets, as well as drive change management and restructuring initiatives where necessary.
