The Role

As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accuracy of financial data and reports for properties, projects, and investors.
• Collaborating with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Accountants.
• Reviewing financial reports, budgets, and operating reports.
• Conducting general ledger review and analysis.
• Researching accounting guidance and providing input.
• Managing treasury functions and cash flow projections.
• Assisting in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Coordinating audits and working with service providers.
• Supporting property development and construction reporting.
• Analyzing funding requests and budget variances.
• Assisting with tax projections and preparation.
• Contributing to acquisitions and new project setup.
• Collaborating with finance teams and managing cash balance.
• Supporting regional accounting initiatives.

Your Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Management.
• Native Japanese and business-level English language proficiency.
• SPC ("Statistical Process Control") experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
• Preferred CPA designation.
• 8+ years of professional accounting experience.
