Finance Analyst

Company Profile

Real estate asset management company- they are looking for a finance professional to join their solid finance team.

The Role

• Work with team members to develop fund flow files and assist with communications during acquisitions, dispositions and distributions.
• Liaise with third party finance teams and asset managers in Japan.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Japanese investments.
• Oversee cash management for each investment.
• Provide support and administrative assistance to the asset management and finance departments.
• Analyze historical performance against business plans at the asset/asset level.
• Maintain and update cash flow models for each investment project for contribution and distribution.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting services.
• Responsible for providing key inputs to the quarterly valuation process.
• Assist with various technology, data and process improvement initiatives.
• Liaise and coordinate with service providers and auditors on audit matters
• Assist with ad hoc requests/projects

Your Skills

• Fluency in English (verbally and in writing)
• Excel skills (Intermediate level).
• Relevant experience in finance, accounting or operations
• Have interest in working in a global dynamic environment.
• Willingness to accept new challenges and adaptable to changes.
• An active team player that values both internal and external communications
