Our client is a leading Chinese investment bank that provides a wide range of financial services includes investment banking, asset management, securities trading, and research.

The Role
  • Provide secretarial support to the team leaders such as calendars management and meetings scheduling, travel arrangement, flight booking etc
  • Process expense reports/invoices
  • Deal with call and email enquiries with internal staff and external parties
  • Assist the partners on daily communication with external clients
  • Consolidate business information / materials from internal stakeholders
  • Prepare presentation materials for internal & external parties
Your Profile
  • University Degree holder or above
  • 1-3 years experiences as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experiences
  • Good English and Mandarin is highly preferred
