Investment Associate

We are currently representing an independent private equity investment group that supports entrepreneurs in realizing their growth ambitions. With substantial financial resources and committed industry expertise, They enable their portfolio companies to achieve accelerated growth both organically and through acquisitions. They act as an active shareholder in its portfolio companies, playing a key role in their strategic and operational development, growth and performance. With its experienced, entrepreneurial investment team, they aim to help ambitious entrepreneurs obtain a strong market position in today's increasingly competitive business environment. To date, they have made investments in over 1000 companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Involves research, financial modelling and completing technical due diligence, working with senior members of the team on transactions
• Work with senior members of the team diligent different investments across Europe
• Evaluate deals through a detailed process of technical due diligence to help our team build investment cases for then
• It will involve reporting findings to wider investment committee

Key Skills and Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in IB, Consulting or M&A Transactions (BIG 4)
• Strong academic background (High School and University) with a GPA below 2.0
• Fluent German and English
• Based in Hamburg
• Looking for a team player who is also able to work autonomously
