Your new company
This reputable company is a subsidiary of a global organisation. The parent company is a conglomerate publicly listed with diversified business interests across different industry. It has been rapidly expanding ever since it was founded and are looking for an Investment Manager to join this fantastic team.

Your new role

• Primary responsibilities are originating corporate and commercial loans and structuring deals
• Develop and manage strong divisional relationships with business partners and prospective clients such as property developers and brokers
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
• Conduct required KYC, AML, CTF procedures
• Using credit analysis and financial acumen to prepare, review and assess potential new business deals
• Support the on boarding of new lenders and customers, ensuring all documentation is correct and looking after life cycle of the loan to settlements
• Prepare management reports

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years' experience within commercial lending
• Strong exposure to non-bank lending and established referral network
• Strong communication skills and financial acumen
