Within People & Culture, our Insights team manage our Voice of Employee program and use insights from this program to develop and deliver evidence-based division-wide initiatives that shape our peoples' EX. What role will you play?

Design, deliver, and program manage our Voice of Employee program, including annual surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys and Human Centre Design projects.

You will support leaders and managers with ongoing coaching and support to listen, learn, act and measure on employee feedback and insights.

Lead employee research and journey mapping projects, leveraging data from a variety of sources - including Voice of Employee, talent forums, performance data, business strategy and leader feedback - to deliver evidence-based recommendations. Bring external insights and ideas to continue to evolve the experience of our people.

What you offer
  • Experience with leading or managing employee listening programs and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, CultureAmp, Medallia)
  • Experience with pulse surveys, annual engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys and other human-centred design activities
  • Highly analytical, intellectually curious and possess a desire to solve complex problems
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, being comfortable presenting to stakeholders at any level, distilling and translating complex data into compelling insights and stories
  • Strong organisational development (OD) skills and background in organisational psychology is desired
