Responsibilities

Supporting the development and implementation of company strategy, strategic partnerships, and other organic & inorganic growth opportunities
Leading cross-unit projects in structuring issue-based work plans, developing hypotheses, driving an overall storyline, and developing implementation strategy to deliver measurable impact
Taking ownership of work-streams or analysis, designing and conducting analyses, doing secondary research, synthesising conclusions, making presentations
Engaging and discussing key business issues with senior management in most assignments
Acting as "business owner" to oversee the end-to-end of delivery of initiatives, ensuring that solutions built are fit-for-purpose and value-accretive
Preparing presentations and materials for internal and external engagement, including Board, shareholder, prospective equity investors, partners, internal senior management team, and staff
Managing senior management committees and facilitating management workshops

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines; Master's or MBA would be preferred
4+ years of experience in a top management consulting firm or in-house strategy of a Financial Institution or Fintech
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and senior stakeholder management skills
Adept at MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
Domain knowledge in commercial banking, corporate banking, and/or investment banking
