We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Health & Wellness Engagement Senior Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
  • Keep on top of and ahead of market trends and changing consumer behaviours and needs through research and thought leadership
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Drive digital engagement and programme/platform/product adoption both internally (employee) and externally (customer)
  • Showcase customer value in all proposition activities
  • Work closely with the data insights teams utilising use case data to drive recommendations, engagement and proposition enhancements
  • Understand and manage programme content based on customer needs and manage the associated platform & programme rules and systems to drive engagement outcomes
  • Work with both internal (Bank and Insurance) and external (Healthtech & Rewards) partners as required to understand and enhance engagement, satisfaction, business and customer outcomes
  • Design and drive customer research to inform engagement strategy
  • Proactively retrieve voice of customer and enable a Net-promoter score framework to drive continuous services improvement on Health and Wellness services
  • Review campaigns and market-focused activities for success and work with our marketing and commercialisation teams to make appropriate recommendations based on customer engagement insights
  • Engage in stakeholder management through presenting and playing-back insights, learnings and general knowledge sharing
  • Review the digital landscape to keep abreast of advancements that may drive proposition enhancements
  • Keep up-to-date with upcoming life and health products and servicing options in the market, as well as HSBC's health propositions
  • Inform and feed into the design of the proposition roadmap with a customer-centric lens
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience (driving digital engagement, digital customer journeys, customer engagement life-cycles)
  • Understanding of customer behaviours
  • Experience building customer feedback loops and an understanding of customer research methodologies
  • Team player with a self-motivated mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytics and problem solving skills
  • Data fluency & proficiency
  • Demonstrates qualities of being open, dependable and connected
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese (written and oral)
