We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Client Service to join our Clearance and Collateral Management team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom and we are presently operating under a hybrid work schedule.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Client Service to join our Clearance and Collateral Management team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom and we are presently operating under a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support international clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
- Maximizing client satisfaction by applying advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyse information and propose qualitative solutions.
- Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience and risk management.
- Strong team player being able to work with internal stakeholders to support multiple and diverse clients.
- Sufficient years of work experience, preferably in a client facing role.
- Minimum Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Healthy interest and knowledge of the Financial markets and data management.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn. Speaking multiple languages is an extra asset.
- Willing to work in shifts to ensure client coverage between 7.30 AM - 6 PM GMT.
