Exciting Opportunity to Work with One of the Top Financial Institutions as a Project Management Administrator Based in Liverpool
Role: Project Management Administrator
Location: Liverpool, UK
Contract Duration: 6 months
An exciting opportunity to work with one of the top financial institutions that provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. They provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise.
This role is within their Continuous Improvement team.
Required experience:
- Experience of writing and producing documentation of a management standard and co-ordinating projects/responsibilities independently.
- Must be well organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and therefore manage priorities, establish and meet deadlines
- Must be proactive regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work
- A solid background of project/BA/administrative experience
- Must have strong experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience of clearing/settlements/custody or Lean Six Sigma and VBA preferable
- Team management experience
The role provides project support and coordination for a range of fixed and ad-hoc activities including but not limited to:
- Ownership and completion of ad hoc tasks ranging from completion of Compliance surveys to producing recruitment statistics
- Coordination of data requests from other teams and production of consolidated output
- Report writing and powerpoint presentations for internal and external meetings to a professional standard and with a high level of attention to detail.
- Process analysis - observing and documenting manual processes
- Creation of process flow charts
- Collation and processing of MI and other associated data
- Excel data tracking and advanced data manipulation
- Testing support
- Management of improvement actions and driving the full implementation plan to achieve required benefits accurately and within specified timeframe
