HASE Digital Business Services - Corporate Services (CS)
Hang Seng's Corporate Services is a team of professionals managing a portfolio of 2 million sqft in Hong Kong used by thousands of staff to support millions of customers. Whether it is a customer entering our branch for Banking services, or staff collaborating in our office workplace, we are remitted to make their experience a positive one.
Working closely with business partners and external vendors, the team covers a wide range of real estate functions to manage the property lifecycle of Hang Seng's operational and investment real estate portfolio. The team also provides collateral appraisal services to internal business users and asset management services to external customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Strategic Property Marketing
  • Formulating marketing plans in support of Corporate Services and based on Property strategy to capture business opportunities and support revenue growth on the investment properties portfolio
  • Drive effective and measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns to sustain portfolio growth and enhance customer experience for the Bank's wealth management products
  • Ensure our property marketing materials developed comply with the brand guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements and adopt a consistent and robust approach to manage resources and risks
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and executing promotion events
  • Prepare and manage impactful marketing and promotional materials, research, analysis, interpret and present latest marketing trend and report
  • Manage digital platforms (e.g. websites & social media) for specific events and/or programs
  • Under the Corporate Services, report to the Head of Corporate Services and act as the core member responsible for marketing and events.
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related discipline or equivalent
  • Solid experience in Marketing, with exposure in real estate property development, event management business and knowledge of banking, marketing & advertising management, property management related preferred
  • All rounded marketing skills with good understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media scene, together with proven experience in running end to end marketing programs
  • Excellent communication, data analytical, problem solving, negotiation and project management skills
  • Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Resourceful, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mind and business acumen
