Programme Manager
Exciting opportunity to join a household brand as a Programme Manager, responsible for the delivery of a critical programme within the Retail division, to transform and improve their billing to cash processes and journeys. You will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of an ambitious and complex plan, in a high-profile position, working with senior leadership and executives, including the CEO.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing the successful delivery of business critical programmes
- Identify and mitigate key risks to maximise the programmes success
- Leading the Project team
- Managing external suppliers and engaging with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
- Managing the inter-dependencies with other programmes in the portfolio
- Driving change plans across the organisation
Experience and Attributes:
- Experience as Programme Manager; proven track record of successful delivery of Programmes
- Utilities sector or Consultancy background essential
- Billing and Cash experience desirable
- Effective leadership and communications skills, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead programmes and change initiatives to deliver major transformation
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills
