Job Description
Programme Manager - 12 month FTC, hybrid working, responsible for delivering a critical programme to transform and improve billing processes and customer journeys across the Retail division.

Programme Manager

Exciting opportunity to join a household brand as a Programme Manager, responsible for the delivery of a critical programme within the Retail division, to transform and improve their billing to cash processes and journeys. You will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of an ambitious and complex plan, in a high-profile position, working with senior leadership and executives, including the CEO.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Managing the successful delivery of business critical programmes
• Identify and mitigate key risks to maximise the programmes success
• Leading the Project team
• Managing external suppliers and engaging with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
• Managing the inter-dependencies with other programmes in the portfolio
• Driving change plans across the organisation

Experience and Attributes:

• Experience as Programme Manager; proven track record of successful delivery of Programmes
• Utilities sector or Consultancy background essential
• Billing and Cash experience desirable
• Effective leadership and communications skills, with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead programmes and change initiatives to deliver major transformation
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills
