As a VP, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be part of the Corporate FP&A team responsible for providing budgeting and financial planning support on an enterprise level to the business.
The client is a global investment management firm with a rich history of more than 30 years and an AUM of more than USD 500 billion.

The client is a global investment management firm with a rich history of more than 30 years and an AUM of more than USD 500 billion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement policy frameworks from a group/enterprise level whilst providing guidance to achieve business outcomes.
- Act as a key contributor working alongside the senior management (CEO, CIO, COO, CFO etc.) to analyse and review group financial performance drivers, performance against outcomes and contributing to strategy development.
- Work closely with the enterprise and investment strategy teams to drive enterprise/group-level planning and outcomes.
- Develop and design enterprise-level dashboards and reports and lead enterprise-wide cost efficiency benchmarking activities.
- Perform scenario testing, financial modelling and benchmarking as required by the business in decision-making discussions.
- Perform long-range cost planning.
- Any other adhoc duties
Successful candidate's background:
- Degree in Accounting with professional certifications in CA/CPA.
- At least 12 years of relevant finance/FP&A experience with at least 3 years of Big 4 audit experience.
- You must have prior FP&A experience in enterprise/group-level wide budgeting/planning, setting up group-level policy frameworks and performing benchmarking activities.
- You must have prior experience performing scenario analysis and financial modelling (prior project finance experience will be ideal).
- Prior experience in performing long-range cost planning.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred but open to commercial industries too.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as required to present regularly to senior management/C-suite business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
