Charles River Development is rapidly growing its Software-as-a-Service platform. We are looking for a hands-on, well-rounded Identity and Access Management Operations role for our growing Identity Management team. The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for

  • Assist in the development of performance metrics/ measurements for the user access attestations
  • Work with the project teams on implementing the defined Policies within Access & Identity Management ( IAM ) solution
  • Champion the improvement of identity and access management processes, controls and communications related to Policies across stakeholder groups
  • Champion the improvement of identity and access management processes, controls and communications related to Roles across stakeholder groups
  • Work with the project teams on implementing the defined business Roles within Access & Identity Management (AIM) solution
  • Work with team on project work to keep project going according to schedule
  • Work with governance, security, system owners, and other IAM colleagues to address audit and regulatory related issues
  • Participate in development of roadmaps and participate in the standards process for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
  • Promote effective teamwork, mentor employees, and evaluate individual performance
  • Manage identity and access management support to business and technical teams in the design of standardized products and customized solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving access management and provisioning workflow errors
  • Perform Identity and access management activities
  • Updating existing access management and provisioning workflows
  • Execute and track security process related activities including User ID management
  • Manage operations within the IAM environment at the client, including application patching and upgrades and certificate management
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all IAM customers

  • Ability to effectively integrate, contribute and overlap with other functions including cloud/enterprise architecture, compliance, risk, engineering, developers
  • Ability to formulate objectives with clear business value and demonstrate progress along the way
  • Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts with proven experience driving decision making across different stakeholder groups
  • Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
  • A champion for continuous improvement
  • Experience with infrastructure systems, security assessments, and security processes is a bonus.


Educat ion & Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Infrastructure experience
  • At least 2 years of continuous IAM experience required
  • Operational experience on an infrastructure/systems administration team supporting mission critical production systems.
  • Familiar with IAM process on both traditional and Modern Directory services like Azure Active Directory
  • Solid understanding of related Microsoft technologies - Group Policies, IIS, WSUS, Windows Failover Clustering, SQL Server, DFS, DNS, NTFS etc
  • SailPoint experience a plus
  • Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell a plus
  • Experience with cloud providers a plus (ex: Amazon Web Services / AWS and Azure )
  • Professional IT certifications are a plus

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
