In Internal Audit, we independently assess the firms overall control environment by assessing the firm's governance processes and controls, and risk management and capital and anti-financial crime frameworks. Our group has unique insight on the financial industry and its products and operations. We're looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join us in developing and implementing the Learning and Development Framework within Internal Audit to help people grow and improve their performance at the firm.

Internal Audit (IA) supports the Board of Directors Audit Committee and senior firm leadership in fulfilling their oversight roles by independently assessing the firm's internal control structure, raising awareness of control risk, providing advice to management in developing control solutions, and monitoring the implementation of management's control measures.

As we continue to grow the Internal Audit function globally, we continue to strengthen the foundation of Internal Audit and our personnel. People are core to our firm and Internal Audit, and the Learning and Development team will drive the strategy for enhancing and strengthening audit, professional and technical skills to accelerate our ability to achieve IA strategic priorities.

Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Develop a Learning and Development strategy and execute on the successful delivery of projects against strategic priorities related to the defined strategy, including designing and developing innovative solutions
  • Manage project deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies and interim milestones
  • Partner extensively with Senior Leadership in IA and other working groups in IA on key projects, from ideation to implementation
  • Develop and deliver presentations including supporting documentation to all levels throughout the organization
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics, in order to monitor success of initiatives, optimize the approach and report on program impact and nomination process
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree required
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working in financial services companies and/or Internal audit is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong execution, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Comfort multitasking and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive initiatives
  • Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to motivate others to deliver
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytic skills and experience creating commercial and high-quality decks
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
