A leading firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their Portfolio Management Team. Your new company

Your new role
Reporting to the PMS Administration Manager, you will be joining a small team in their lovely office in the CBD. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction. Effectively managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails from customers. You will be responsible for proving timely and professional administrative services, assist with reconciliation, manage deposits, process income and expenses and other duties as outlined.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic customer service specialist with:

Experience in a CSO role. Strong understanding of industry culture. Experience with Praemium preferred Experience with Client Relationship Management systems is desirable Proven administration experience in the financial services industry Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Always demonstrate initiative and self-motivation A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving Demonstrate commitment to quality and teamwork
  • Ability to work unsupervised
